N. Cascades
I am a year older. (Wiser???) We started off my birthday by driving 1 1/2 hours to New Halem which is the heart of the North Cascades
We took the Trail of the Cedars.
Guess which is older?
The Gorge Creek Powerhouse had gardens & the Ladder Creek Falls & about a million stairs!!

We celebrated my birthday at Carlos1800, a very good Mexican restaurant.

Wow, the scenery is truly stunning Linda! I like the picture of you on the bridge - I wish that I was up there with you guys, but you are certainly seeing some sights for sure! Did you get a piece of cake for your special day? I like all of the little towns and the downtown sections that you put pictures up of - some of the restaurants and shops look interesting to go into....love you! XO
