4th of July at North Pole, AK

What better place to celebrate the 4th than at the North Pole!!  This town is so cute.  Even the Wendy's stays decorated all year!

The street lights are decorated like candy canes, as well as business signs.

The Santa Claus House is full of delights. A shoppers paradise of everything Christmas.
Of course, Santa too!

He does exist!! He has many letters from children displayed & you can have your postcard postmarked with the North Pole. Nana will be the proud recipient of that!

What would the North Pole be without reindeer? Here they are at the Antler Academy!

Onto the parade, but I missed Santa.

The day was hardly over.  Back to.Fairbanks, for a pioneer celebration.  Pioneer Park has displayed different cabins & homes & businesses from Fairbanks from 1900-1910.

A museum, a boat, & a train were enjoyed.

Bands, a carousel, & childrens games, made this
the best old fashioned 4th ever.

  1. Pioneer park <3 I'm glad you caught some festivities. And how nice that Santa was home, more than once we have stopped by and he was out! Imagine the disappointment;)
